Step 2 - Process the sale

1. Process the order as any other debit/credit card transaction.
2. Your customer selects Laybuy Card in their digital wallet.
3. Your customer taps to pay.
4. All done! The sale is complete.

Refunds

How do I process a Laybuy Card refund?
Simply follow these steps:

1. Follow the same process as refunding a debit or credit card.
2. Your customer selects Laybuy Card in their digital wallet.
3. Your customer taps to get their refund.
4. All done! The refund is complete.

Note:
We’ll automatically assign the refund back to the original purchase, just like any other Laybuy refund. Please avoid giving cash back on a Laybuy purchase, or refund to a different card. This may cause issues for the customer.
