It’s simple to process your customer’s purchase. Follow these steps and they’ll love paying later with you.
How to process your customer’s purchase
Step 1 - Log in
Log in to your merchant dashboard at https://dashboard.laybuy.com/merchant#/account
Can’t find your details? Our team has emailed you these as part of your initial account set up.
Step 2 - Launch
Click on ‘Launch Laybuy GO’ to open a new window to complete the payment.
Step 3 - Enter details
Enter the details of the purchase.
Tip: Don’t include a $ sign.
Enter a unique order number.
Click ‘Submit’ to process the sale.
Step 4 - Wait
Your customer will accept the payment via SMS or Push Notification and select ‘Pay Now’ on their device.
Step 5 - All done!
You’ll see a ‘Payment successful’ message when the purchase is complete.
